Open Letter to Sec. Zinke


KEEN is a values-led company, and is actively working to protect the places we play. In 2017, the Secretary of the Interior, Ryan Zinke, reviewed national monuments as directed by an executive order from President Trump.

In response, KEEN joined with a group of brands and non-profit organizations including Patagonia, The North Face, REI, The Conservation Alliance, and Outdoor Alliance to share an open letter to the Secretary, as well as placing advertisements on sites where we he was likely to get our message, including his hometown newspaper in Montana, and Politico.

I designed a suite of digital banners and a coalition open letter with a goal of reminding Zinke that Americans cherish their national monuments and to not alter these designations.
