One Paper Towel Challenge

Did you know that 13 billion pounds of paper towels are used by Americans every year? If we all used only one paper towel each time we washed our hands, we would conserve over 571 million pounds of paper towels each year. That’s a lot of trees!

Inspired by a coworker who shared Joe Smith’s TED talk with me, I created an illustration to educate about this simple yet powerful action that we can take to conserve natural resources.
